Reporting of concerns
Through Skagerak Energi's external Whistleblower Channel, employees and external parties can report possible illegal actions and violations of Skagerak`s Code of Conduct.
To ensure that Skagerak Energi operates in accordance with its own values and guidelines, we rely on employees speaking up when something is wrong. Information about concerns will enable us to improve and uphold high ethical standards. This is important for both the company and the society we are a part of.
Skagerak Energi has a low threshold for reporting. All employees and contracted workers who have observed possible illegal actions or violations on Skagerak`s Code of Conduct concerns within the company are encouraged to report them. Third-party reporting is also facilitated.
At Skagerak Energi, we have several options for employees to report. We also handle reports from external parties who work for or with Skagerak Energi.
The reporting officer at Skagerak Energi is the Group Director for HR, Health, Safety, and Facilities and can be contacted directly by phone or email.
To meet the needs of third parties and our own employees for anonymity and confidentiality when reporting, concerns can be reported through
SKAGERAKS EXTERNAL WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL
Reports submitted through the reporting channel will initially be received and processed by an independent third party, KPMG.
